The Metalmaster SJ-24DK Motorised Variable Speed Bead Roller Package Deal suits automotive enthusiasts starting out in panel repair or reproduction. It also helps professionals strengthen body panels, roofs, seals, and guards. A heavy-duty plate steel frame delivers strength and durability.

The SJ-24DK handles up to 1.2mm mild steel with a generous 460mm throat depth. The 0–20rpm variable speed motor gives you full control. Adjust the speed easily using the foot pedal by applying more or less pressure.

Large 25mm drive shafts run on quality bronze bearing bushes. Built-in grease nipples keep everything running smoothly and extend service life.

This package includes seven of the most commonly used roller sets. You get 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2” bead rolls, plus 1/16”, 1/8”, and 1/4” flange rolls, along with a shearing roll set.

The unit also comes with a stand and die rack for easy organisation. With its large 460mm throat depth and versatile tooling, this bead roller is ideal for home workshops and small fabrication shops.

This kit is a quick and easy bolt-on upgrade, (no drilling or welding required) to suit the common plate style Bead Roller sold by us and also Metal Master, Hare & Forbes, Hafco, Eastwood and others and should adapt to other types very easily.

For an easy bolt on your Bead Roller will need the following specifications:

14 or 16mm thick steel plate frame, 25mm O.D axles, 50mm bolt centres and 12mm or 14mm mounting bolts

The variable speed foot pedal and reversable motor will transform your Bead Roller into an easy one-man operation and a pleasure to use. Simply plug it into 240v (no costly transformers needed) and go build your dream!

This inexpensive Bead Roller features a large 460 mm throat depth, six rollers and a stand with a die rack, a great Bead Roller for home or the small fab shop..

The SJ-24D bead roller now has been improved & strengthened with thick 16mm steel support plates and it is an inexpensive alternative and perfect solution to having your panels beaded in your home workshop or garage. Made from heavy plate steel and a huge 460mm throat depth making it perfect for strengthening any type of car roof, body panels, seals & guards etc.

This bead roller is manually gear driven by a hand crank that drives both the bottom and top bead rolls. The drive shafts are supported in quality bearing bushes and incorporate greasing nipples for additional protection.

The SJ-24D also includes a stand that also stores the 7 sets of the most common rolls required by any metal forming automotive enthusiasts or professional.
