Designed and manufactured by Metal Man Tools, this bead roller has one of the strongest frames in its class. It features a generous 850mm throat depth, a 32mm opening height, and 25mm shafts. The lower shaft is adjustable for offsetting dies, and it includes keyed, machined steel drive gears and mandrels. It's suitable for use with steel up to 1.2mm and aluminum up to 1.5mm. Finished with durable powder coating, it’s equipped for demanding tasks, featuring variable speed foot control and a forward/reverse constant torque motor. Deep throat beading becomes a smooth, one-person operation. Simply plug it into a 240v outlet and start creating!

The Metalmaster SJ-24DK Motorised Variable Speed Bead Roller Package Deal suits automotive enthusiasts starting out in panel repair or reproduction. It also helps professionals strengthen body panels, roofs, seals, and guards. A heavy-duty plate steel frame delivers strength and durability.

The SJ-24DK handles up to 1.2mm mild steel with a generous 460mm throat depth. The 0–20rpm variable speed motor gives you full control. Adjust the speed easily using the foot pedal by applying more or less pressure.

Large 25mm drive shafts run on quality bronze bearing bushes. Built-in grease nipples keep everything running smoothly and extend service life.
