Foot Operated – Oval Jaws
This SHST-1.2HO foot-operated shrinker stretcher is an essential tool for any metal fabrication workshop. The oval jaws swap over with a single bolt. The machine handles steel up to 1.2 mm and aluminium up to 2 mm.
Foot operation leaves both hands free to guide larger panels. It also gives the operator excellent feedback and control during shrinking or stretching.
The SHST-1.2HO uses oval-shaped dies that form tighter curves and help reduce marking on the material. This design makes it ideal for shaping mild steel sheet metal up to 1.2 mm (18 gauge) thick.
Use this machine for automotive, aeronautical, or general fabrication work where curved sheet metal is required. Its rugged construction allows it to shrink or stretch metal easily, even at full capacity.
The shrinker stretcher includes a solid floor stand with a foot pedal that actuates the jaws. This setup keeps your hands free so you can control and position the material properly.
