The Metalmaster English Wheel EWHD-80 delivers outstanding rigidity and versatility without the high price tag. We built this heavy-duty machine with 10mm thick steel plate side frames to maximise rigidity. Its robust construction gives craftsmen the control and precision needed to achieve a superior finish when shaping metal.
The EWHD-80 shapes mild steel up to 1.6mm (16 gauge) with ease. Its 810mm throat depth provides plenty of room to work on large panels and complex projects.
The upper wheel and eight lower anvils are hardened to 45–50 HRC for long service life and reliable performance. Independent adjustment on the lower anvil cradle lets you fine-tune the clearance, giving you greater versatility and consistent results on every job.
