The Urethane Band – 197 fits over the top anvil of the Metalmaster EWHD-80 English Wheel to provide a non-marking surface for light-pressure metal forming. It helps create smooth 2D curves while preventing tracking marks on the workpiece.
Use the urethane band on mild steel up to 1.0mm thick or aluminium up to 1.6mm thick. It also smooths and refines existing 3D compound curves, making it an essential accessory for metal shaping, panel fabrication, and restoration work.
